Why Crema Seat exists
Coffee shops have a furniture problem that general restaurant suppliers rarely solve. The rooms are small, the guests change every 20 to 60 minutes, and everything gets wiped down all day. Off-the-shelf dining chairs are often too wide for a 24 in two-top, too heavy to move at closing, or upholstered in fabrics that stain after one oat-milk spill. Crema Seat (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) was set up to design for that specific room: compact cafe chairs, small tables that combine, and one well-planned lounge corner.
How we work
We start from your floor plan, not a catalog page. You send a sketch or CAD file, the seat count you are aiming for and how you serve. We send back a furniture schedule and a seat plan. Once you have chosen models and finishes, every item gets a dimensioned shop drawing for approval, and we can make a pre-production sample on request. Production follows the approved drawing, and we photograph finished pieces before packing.
Foams and fabrics are specified for the destination market's fire rules on request, such as CAL TB 117-2013 in the US or BS 7176 medium hazard in the UK, with test reports supplied for specific items where available. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP, and ship in export packing by sea. Lead times are typically 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit; the schedule is confirmed in each quote.
The factory
Our production base is in Lecong, in the Shunde district of Foshan, Guangdong, the largest furniture trading hub in the world. Being there means short supply lines for veneers, solid wood, steel tube, foams and upholstery materials, and the ability to make custom sizes without starting from zero. We do not have a showroom or warehouse in the US or UK, and we do not pretend to. What we offer instead is direct access to the people who build your chairs.
Who we build for
Independent coffee shop owners opening a first or second location, specialty coffee groups rolling out a consistent look, and bakery-cafes that need seating to work from breakfast through lunch. Designers and fit-out contractors working on these projects use us for made-to-order pieces that match a specific palette.
Experience behind the line
EASEN Commercial Furniture supplies hospitality interiors more broadly. Recent projects include the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, Sichuan restaurants in Beijing and Hangzhou, and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. That work in busy, high-turnover dining rooms shapes how we build for coffee shops: sealed edges, replaceable seats and finishes chosen for daily cleaning.
