The Fluted Column is a two-top with a bit of architecture. The pedestal is a reeded wooden column that echoes fluted counter fronts and paneling, sitting on a heavy round black steel foot for stability.
A single central pedestal is the most practical base for a cafe two-top: there are no legs at the corners, so chairs slide in from any side, and it leaves knee space clear, which helps when part of your seating must be accessible. The top is walnut-tone veneer or laminate with a sealed edge.
Where it works: two-top runs, cafes with fluted or reeded details on the counter, specialty coffee shops with a refined palette.
Sizes: 24 × 24 in (61 × 61 cm) or 28 × 28 in (71 × 71 cm); round versions available. Base foot diameter is sized at roughly two-thirds of the top width.
Options: top material (veneer, HPL, sintered stone), column finish, foot color, levelers. Pair with the Barista Walnut-Back Chair.
