The Macchiato's back wraps around the shoulders like a half-moon, which makes it feel more generous than its footprint suggests. It is a good choice when you want the comfort of an armchair at a table that can only take a side chair.
The back is molded veneer carried on a dark steel post; the seat is a padded shape with rounded corners (soft grey in the photo), mounted on four angled hardwood legs. The low back keeps sightlines open across the room, which helps in small cafes where tall chair backs make the space feel crowded.
Where it works: cafes with a mix of two-tops and four-tops, brunch rooms, hotel lobby cafes.
Options: seat upholstery in vinyl, faux leather or contract fabric; wood tone; steel color for the back post. We confirm the exact back height against your table on the shop drawing so the back clears the tabletop when pushed in.
