The Filter is the most space-efficient chair in the range. Its steel frame is narrow at the floor, the back curves only slightly, and the seat is a neat padded square, so you can run two-tops closer together without guests knocking chair backs.
The frame is powder-coated steel tube with a continuous back post that carries a molded veneer back panel. The seat is upholstered (tan in the photo) over high-resilience foam on a plywood base. The whole chair is light enough for staff to flip onto tables at closing.
Where it works: narrow cafes, long banquette-facing runs where the chair sits opposite a bench, express coffee bars with a handful of tables.
Options: steel color, seat material, back veneer tone. A version with a wooden seat instead of an upholstered pad is possible for maximum cleanability.
