Seen from the front, the Latte is all softness: a deep, rounded seat in a cream textured fabric and a small padded back cushion printed with white horses on a taupe ground. Walk around it and the back is a single flat panel of walnut-tone solid wood that rises from the floor and carries the back cushion. That wood panel gives the chair a clean, architectural rear view, which is useful when chairs face the door or the walkway.
The seat sits on a recessed base, so the chair looks like a large cushion resting on the floor. The low, wide seat suits coffee tables and longer sittings rather than quick turnover.
Construction: plywood seat frame with high-resilience foam and fiber wrap; solid wood back panel bolted through the base; back cushion fixed to the panel; commercial lacquer.
Where it works: lounge corners, cafes in hotels or concept stores, waiting areas where the back of the chair is on show.
Options: seat and back fabrics chosen separately (COM accepted), panel stain; foam specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request. Dimensions confirmed on the shop drawing.
