The Oat Milk is an asymmetrical tub chair. Its curved back rises highest at one side and tapers down into a low arm, so the chair feels enclosed from behind yet open toward the room. The thick seat cushion sits inside a fully upholstered base with fine piping tracing every edge. The cream fabric shown is a soft-touch velvet with a matte face.
Cream is a brave color for a coffee shop, so we usually pair this shape with a performance velvet that resists stains and can be cleaned with water-based cleaners. For heavier rooms, a darker shade of the same fabric keeps the soft look with less maintenance.
Construction: bent plywood and hardwood frame, high-resilience foam with fiber wrap, piped seams; concealed glides under the base.
Where it works: lounge corners, cafes inside boutiques or galleries, hotel coffee lounges, quiet areas for meetings.
Options: performance velvet, boucle or chenille (COM accepted); mirror-image versions so pairs face each other; foam and fabric specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
